The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Regional Social Selling Senior Analyst to support LATAM’s marketplace and social selling initiatives. You will ensure seamless execution, product setup, and performance tracking while aligning with commercial objectives to grow social commerce and the creators ecosystem.

You will engage in campaign execution, coordinate campaigns across stakeholders, and optimize operations to drive growth across LATAM markets.

Qualifications

• PDP FY'26 rate must be an “S” rating or above.
• Minimum of 12 months in the current role.
• Experience in digital environment, e-commerce, or project management roles.
• Interest and exposure to social commerce and creators ecosystem.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• English proficiency is required.
• Spanish proficiency is required.
