Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong experience in hiring in the Brazil market; experience in other Latin American countries (Colombia, Argentina, or others) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with different ATS systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with various sourcing strategies.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles globally, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define job requirements.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting.
- Provide insights into market trends, salary expectations, and hiring best practices.
