We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our Recruiting Team and participate in diverse projects with multicultural teams worldwide. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical, teamwork, and multitasking skills. What You’ll Do:
  1. Collaborate in defining and executing talent attraction strategies.
  2. Plan alternative recruitment scenarios based on business needs.
  3. Design and validate best practices for attracting, searching, and selecting professionals, in collaboration with leaders and managers.
  4. Propose new ideas and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of selection processes, methods, and technology.
  5. Prepare reports and metrics to track recruitment performance.
You Must Have:
  • Solid experience as a recruiter.
  • Experience leading teams of at least five members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the IT market, including development professionals and business profiles.
  • Good command of English for daily communication, with an advanced level preferred.
  • Flexible working hours with the ability to set your own schedule.
  • Experience working in diverse and multicultural environments.
