Candidates should bring strong résumé screening, interviewing, and communication skills, plus experience with ATS and sourcing tools. A hybrid work setup is offered under PJ contract terms.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as an HR Analyst / Recruitment & Selection.
• Experience in HR consulting or managing multiple concurrent openings.
• Proficiency in résumé screening and competency-based interviews.
• Ability to produce clear and objective candidate reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model.
• Contract type: PJ (contractor).
• Nice-to-have: Experience filling roles across different industries and seniority levels.
• Prior experience working in recruitment consultancies/agencies.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, among others)
• Organization and pipeline management using an ATS
