Jobtailor is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to align candidate profiles with hiring managers, screen resumes, and manage end-to-end recruitment for mid- to high-complexity roles. The role requires competency-based interviews and strong collaboration with hiring teams.

You will analyze recruitment metrics, update platforms such as Gupy and LinkedIn, and help improve the candidate experience and onboarding process for new hires.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR management, or related field.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment for mid- and high-complexity roles.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools such as Gupy and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge in building and analyzing recruitment metrics (e.g., SLA, average time-to-fill, stage conversion rates).
• Experience or familiarity with administering/interpreting assessments based on DISC or related methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).

• Propose continuous improvement ideas to enhance the experience of candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
