Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Recruitment Intern to expand candidate pipelines across three countries, coordinate end-to-end hiring, and maintain candidate databases using an ATS. You will engage with potential candidates on social networks and craft recruiting emails to attract top talent.

Collaborating with hiring managers, you will define position requirements, source candidates with diverse techniques, and help create policies that align with business objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Advanced level of English is required.
• Recent graduate or internship experience in a related field is required.
• Confident, self-motivated, with a flexible and proactive approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including basic presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasked environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proven ability to perform in a results-oriented, team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
