You will join our team of Candidate Experience Coordinators who own, manage, and elevate candidate experience at Brex. You are passionate about offering support to your internal stakeholders - including recruiters, sourcers, interviewers, and hiring managers - and will serve as the main point of contact for candidates, all while keeping quality top of mind. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and interested in gaining exposure to all aspects of the recruiting process – from sourcing to full-cycle recruiting, operations, and candidate experience.
This role will be based in our Sao Paulo office. You must be willing to work in the office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting the week of September 1st, 2025, when we open our Sao Paulo office. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.
