Talent Supply Chain - Staffing Change Management Associate Manager

The mission of the Talent Supply Chain (TSC) is to mobilize the right talent at the right place, time, and cost. Our team, the TSC Global Function, ensures the standards, processes, and tools are in place to enable the talent supply chain across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and facilitate Change Management plans to deliver Staffing Reinvention Initiatives, including campaigns to raise awareness, increase understanding, facilitate adoption, and foster stakeholder commitment.
  2. Possess knowledge and/or experience in the talent supply chain function, specifically staffing (matching, connecting people to project work).
  3. Support and promote Accenture and HR's enterprise reinvention priorities to unlock value and drive improvements across the talent supply chain.
  4. Develop and execute communication strategies to inform and engage employees about upcoming changes, ensuring transparency.
  5. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input and ensure buy-in for initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Must have: Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Communications, Process Analysis & Design skills.
  • Good to have: TSC Staffing knowledge.
Other Requirements
  • Be organized, independent, and proactive in communicating status and identifying risks.
  • Have a learner attitude to understand Staffing Reinvention initiatives.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate global teams across multiple time zones; comfortable working remotely.
  • Proficient in digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Whiteboard, Mural, Miro, etc.
  • Strong communication skills.
