Job Purpose and Objective:

LBS is expanding its internal recruitment team and is seeking candidate recruiters on a full-time or part-time basis. Due to increasing demand from existing and new clients across multiple international markets, we need motivated professionals to help expand our pipeline of qualified candidates. This role offers flexibility to work on weekdays or weekends, with autonomy after training. It provides a strong foundation for building a long-term career in recruitment, with opportunities to progress into full-cycle recruitment, client account management, and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize recruitment tools to identify and engage top-tier candidates in the Travel, TravelTech, and SaaS industries.
2. Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand role requirements, company culture, and talent needs.
3. Build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs, focusing on CSM and BDM positions.
4. Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates for niche roles in product development, management, and technical fields.
5. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress within ATS or CRM systems.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and talent pools, adapting sourcing strategies accordingly.
7. Create compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates and communicate value propositions.
8. Partner with the recruitment team for seamless candidate handoffs for assessments and interviews.

Additional Responsibilities (Phase Two - Account Management):

• Conduct screening calls to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, advocating for them throughout the process.
• Maintain and enhance external client relationships.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Experience with recruitment tools; familiarity with ATS or CRM systems like Lever, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Salesforce.
• All levels of recruitment experience considered.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
