Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Real Estate Marketing Specialist based in Brazil to support leasing and property marketing for a commercial portfolio. This part-time role covers inquiries, applications, negotiations, and lease execution while coordinating marketing materials and property listings remotely.

The candidate will manage renewals, vacancies, and prospect activity, with strong exposure to CRM workflows, market rent research, and collaboration with property management teams.

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience in commercial real estate leasing, property leasing, property marketing, or a closely related field.
• Experience communicating with tenants, prospective tenants, brokers, or other real estate stakeholders.
• Strong sales, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing a leasing or sales pipeline and guiding prospects through different stages.
• Experience creating or coordinating marketing materials for commercial properties.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, prospects, renewals, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems and workflows.
• Interest in using automation and technology to improve operational efficiency.
• Nice to have: Rent Manager experience.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Real Estate Marketing Specialist based in Brazil.

This part-time role supports commercial leasing and property marketing across a commercial real estate portfolio. You will help manage leasing opportunities from initial prospect inquiries through applications, negotiations, and lease execution, while keeping tenant renewals on track. The position combines sales coordination, tenant and prospect communication, property marketing, and pipeline management. You will create marketing materials, coordinate property tours, maintain listings, and research market rents to support leasing activity. Working closely with property management and construction teams, you will help align marketing efforts with property availability and leasing timelines. The role also offers the opportunity to improve workflows by adopting new technologies and automation tools in a collaborative remote environment.

Accountabilities

• Manage the lease renewal pipeline by tracking upcoming expirations, contacting tenants proactively, and following up on renewal opportunities.

• Monitor vacancies, move-outs, prospect activity, and leasing opportunities across the commercial property portfolio.

• Respond to prospective tenant inquiries and maintain consistent communication and follow-up throughout the leasing process.

• Schedule property tours and coordinate with property management and other team members.

• Support the leasing process from initial inquiry through application, screening, and lease execution.

• Coordinate tenant applications, collect required documentation, review submissions for completeness, and track screening through the decision stage.

• Create and coordinate marketing materials for vacant and upcoming spaces, including brochures, flyers, property listings, and digital content.

• Work with property management and construction teams to ensure marketing and leasing activities align with property readiness and availability.

• Conduct market rent research and basic comparable property analysis to support leasing decisions.

• Manage commercial property listings across relevant real estate platforms and marketplaces.

• Support social media marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.

• Maintain accurate leasing records, prospect activity, renewal notes, and follow-up information in Rent Manager.

• Prepare weekly reports covering the leasing funnel, renewal pipeline, vacancies, and prospect activity.

• Identify opportunities to improve leasing and marketing workflows and reduce manual tasks through technology and automation.

• Support the implementation and adoption of new marketing, leasing, and property management tools.

• Generate lease documentation from approved templates once terms are agreed upon, coordinate document execution through DocuSign, and maintain organized records.

• Provide general leasing and marketing support to the Director of Property Management and leadership team as needed.
