Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Partner Marketing Manager based in Brazil.

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven marketing professional to build and scale partner marketing programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline growth, and strengthen ecosystem relationships. In this role, you will transform partner strategies into measurable go-to-market initiatives, working across channel marketing, demand generation, product marketing, sales, and revenue operations. You will take ownership of an existing portfolio of partner programs, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and return on investment. With responsibility for budget allocation, program measurement, and global collaboration, you will play a key role in driving sustainable business growth. The position offers significant autonomy, direct collaboration with senior marketing leadership, and the opportunity to shape scalable marketing processes. You will also leverage AI and automation to improve execution, personalization, and decision-making within a fully remote, internationally distributed team.

Accountabilities
  • Design, coordinate, execute, and measure partner marketing programs that generate demand and contribute to pipeline growth across the partner ecosystem.

  • Develop integrated initiatives that market to partners, collaborate with partners, and enable partners to promote solutions to their own audiences.

  • Manage the transition and continuity of existing partner commitments while evaluating current programs based on performance, cost, strategic relevance, and business impact.

  • Own and allocate the partner marketing budget, including co-marketing investments and market development funds (MDF), using performance data and expected returns to guide spending decisions.

  • Develop partner segmentation strategies, positioning, messaging, and repeatable operating models tailored to different partner types, audiences, incentives, and regions.

  • Build joint marketing programs with diverse ecosystem partners, including technology partners, to expand reach and generate qualified demand.

  • Equip partners with the messaging, content, and resources needed to communicate the value proposition effectively to their audiences.

  • Coordinate with Channel, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans.

  • Establish reliable measurement and reporting frameworks for partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, engagement, attribution, and program return on investment.

  • Analyze program performance and make evidence-based decisions about which initiatives to continue, optimize, expand, or discontinue.

  • Apply AI tools and automation to improve partner segmentation, personalization, campaign development, execution, and insight generation while maintaining quality and data privacy.

  • Operate independently in a global, asynchronous environment, maintaining alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners across regions and time zones.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience owning partner marketing or ecosystem marketing programs from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and reporting.

  • Strong understanding of partner marketing models, including marketing to partners, marketing with partners, and enabling partners to market to their audiences.

  • Proven ability to connect marketing initiatives to business outcomes, particularly partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, while understanding attribution limitations and trade-offs.

  • Experience collaborating across partnerships, channel marketing, demand generation, sales, product marketing, and revenue operations.

  • Ability to manage a portfolio of programs, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions about resource allocation and program priorities.

  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging and campaign approaches across partner categories, target audiences, incentives, and geographic markets.

  • Demonstrated budget management skills, including the ability to allocate spending responsibly and evaluate expected return on investment.

  • Practical, AI-oriented working style, with evidence of using AI to redesign or improve marketing workflows while managing quality, privacy, and responsible-use considerations.

  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and remain effective in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with global stakeholders and external partners.

  • Reliable home internet connection and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.

  • Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, global employment, or other partner-led business ecosystems.

  • Preferred: Experience developing joint marketing initiatives with technology partners.

  • Preferred: Experience building a partner marketing function, measurement framework, or operating cadence from an early stage.

  • Preferred: Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, marketing automation, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, attribution tools, and marketing analytics.

  • Preferred: Experience managing global marketing programs across multiple regions and time zones.

Benefits
  • Salary: Annual base compensation of R$310,000–R$380,000 for candidates based in Brazil.

  • Employment type: Full-time position.

  • Work arrangement: Fully remote, with the flexibility to work from home or another authorized location, subject to local employment requirements and team needs.

  • Paid time off: 40 days off annually, including holidays and vacation, or more where required by local law.

  • Mental health support: Access to a dedicated mental well-being service.

  • Wellbeing allowance: Monthly allowance to spend on eligible wellbeing-related options.

  • Parental leave: At least three months of paid parental leave for eligible new parents, with job protection for up to 12 months or as required by applicable local law.

  • Home office support: Work-from-home stipend to help cover a laptop and home office equipment.

  • Autonomy and flexibility: A distributed work culture that emphasizes asynchronous collaboration, trust, and ownership.

  • Professional growth: Opportunity to shape global partner marketing strategy, manage meaningful budgets, and work closely with demand generation and growth leadership.
