Job summary

Star Building Construction is seeking a cost engineer to collect and evaluate subcontractors’ quotations and variation orders, prepare progress reports, manage project documentation, and resolve issues with consultants to support successful project delivery.

The role focuses on cost planning, estimation, and tender submissions to ensure budget accuracy and timely payment claims across projects in the region. Strong collaboration with site teams and consultants is essential.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
