YNY Design + Constructions Pte Ltd in Brazil seeks a Procurement & Bidding Specialist to manage bidding information, prepare quantities and progress claims for projects. You will coordinate supplier quotations, verify claims, and ensure compliance with specifications.

The role requires minimum 2 years in construction, a diploma or degree, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. On-site work is expected in the project environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years experience in the construction field.
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant qualification.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for bidding information collection.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities for the entire project and vendor reports.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and progress claims to Consultants.
• Call for supplier/subcontractor quotations and compare with tender details.
• Verify subcontractor and supplier claims and prepare interim payment certificates.
• Ensure quality and conformity to project specifications.
• Check all new drawings for variation works.
• Collect, sort and check bidding quantity calculations.
• Organise subcontractor pricing and negotiations.
• Compile all bidding quotations and organise related documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for bidding information collection.

• Prepare all Bill of Quantity for the entire project and vendor reports.

• Prepare monthly progress report and progress claim to Consultants.

• Call for supplier/subcontractor quotation and compare with tender details.

• Verify subcontractor and suppliers' claim and prepare interim payment certificates.

• Responsible for quality/accordance to thespecification of the works.

• Check all new drawings for variation works

• Responsible for collecting, sorting and checking of bidding calculation of quantities.

• Organise subcontractor pricing and negotiations.

• Organise and compile all bidding quotations.

• Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superiors.

• Any other duties not mentioned above as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:
