ASA Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Quantity Surveyor to support our Tender Team by interpreting drawings, measuring quantities, and building tender bases for management review. You will source subcontractors and suppliers, obtain quotations, and prepare tender proposals, attending site briefings as required.

Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related fields with 1–3 years experience in renovation and A&A works is preferred.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management related field.
• 1–3 years relevant experience in Quantity Surveying for renovation and A&A works.
• Knowledge of local contracts (e.g. PSSCOC, SIA).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

About the role

Support the Tender Team by interpreting contract drawings, measurement of quantities, preparing bill of quantities, interpretation of specifications and to request for information and clarification. Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, request for quotations, build-up tender base cost and prepare tender proposal for management review. Attend site briefing to compile all documents required for tender submission.
