Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a quality assurance professional to serve as the main technical contact for customer quality issues and reviews, while managing complaints, RMAs, and quality claims from start to resolution.

The role emphasizes monitoring quality performance, defect trends, and yield impact, and coordinating engineering changes with cross-functional teams to ensure PPM and nonconformity reduction. Compliance with QMS/EHS and related procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• 5+ years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the medical industry is an advantage.
• Certified Internal Auditor qualification is an advantage.
• Experience handling nonconforming products, quality disposition, 8D reports, and audit documentation.
