Simera is seeking experienced QA/QC Engineers specializing in Civil, Electrical, or MEP to support quality assurance on major construction projects across the UAE. The role requires hands-on site oversight and a strong command of inspection procedures.

You will review material approvals, monitor ITPs, manage NCRs, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project quality standards. A direct construction site background is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
• Direct construction site experience.
• Experience with QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Knowledge of ITPs and quality control procedures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
