LBD Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Site M&E Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical works on site, ensuring adherence to project specs, drawings and schedule. You will coordinate workers and subcontractors and assist in engineering and management of assigned facilities.

The role requires the ability to work independently, a team-oriented mindset, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines while ensuring safety and quality on site.

Competenze

Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Team-oriented attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Supervise & coordinate M&E works on site to meet specs, drawings and schedule.
Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors on M&E matters.
Assist in project engineering of mechanical and electrical systems.

Job Description

Supervise & Coordinator of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works on site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and schedule.
To coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors on all M&E-related matters to ensure smooth coordination and integration with other trades.
To assist in project engineering of mechanical and electrical systems.
To assist in co-ordination and management of assigned projects / facilities.
Ensure efficient deployment of manpower on site.
Monitoring M&E works and Inspection with RTO.
To check Quality and Safety Requirement.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
