STAFFKING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier evaluation, auditing and qualification to ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance. You will monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions across global teams.

The role requires APQP/PPAP leadership, 8D problem solving skills and expertise in FMEA, SPC, MSA, and DOE to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain. A degree in engineering is required, with international exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 knowledge and experience with APQP/PPAP.
• Strong implementation of FMEA, SPC, MSA and DOE for process improvement.
• Experience leading supplier audits, qualification and 8D problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Lead supplier evaluation, auditing and qualification to ensure ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance (DPPM, audit results, 8D responses) and drive corrective actions.
• Lead APQP and PPAP activities and support transfers to contract manufacturers with on-site validation.
• Manage supplier quality issues using 8D, SCAR processes across IQC, production and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with design, supply chain, production and global teams to meet quality requirements.
• Identify supply chain quality risks and ensure industry and customer compliance.
• Apply quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE, and statistical methods) to support process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier evaluation, auditing, and qualification to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and company quality standards.




• Monitor supplier performance (DPPM, audit results, 8D response) and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.




• Lead APQP and PPAP activities and support project transfers from internal manufacturing to contract manufacturers, including on-site validation and pilot runs.




• Manage supplier quality issues from IQC, production, and customer feedback using 8D methodology and SCAR processes.




• Collaborate closely with design, supply chain, production, and global teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.




• Identify supply chain quality risks and ensure compliance with industry and customer-specific requirements.




• Apply quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab/JMP) to support process improvement.

Requirements

• Candidate with Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering are welcome to apply.
