The role emphasizes inventory monitoring, ERP updates, and close collaboration with internal departments to support purchasing decisions; AWS and variable bonus are offered.

Qualificações

• Experience in procurement and supplier relationship management.
• Experience negotiating pricing and terms with local and overseas suppliers.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and maintaining purchasing records.

Responsabilidades

• Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers, including quotation comparison and price negotiation.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with suppliers, Logistics and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing requirements to ensure timely replenishment and product availability.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information and ERP system updates, while supporting internal departments on purchasing matters.

Job Details

• 5.5 days workweek (alternate Saturday basis)

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on pricing, availability and delivery schedules.

• Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers, including quotation comparison and price negotiation.

• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with suppliers, Logistics and Warehouse teams.

• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing requirements to ensure timely replenishment and product availability.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information and ERP system updates, while supporting internal departments on purchasing matters.
