Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a procurement analyst to analyze pricing for service agreements, manage data and reports, and optimize contracting terms. You will work with tools like Coupa, SAP, Looker, and Excel to improve pricing models and automate processes.

Responsibilities include creating pricing spreadsheets, updating codes, monitoring agreements, and preparing management reports to support strategic decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Experience or knowledge in Procurement.
• Experience handling and updating data and reports.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Looker knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in process automation and use of AI is a plus.
• Knowledge of Coupa, Klassmatt and SAP is a plus.

• Interact with buyers and stakeholders in the Materials and Services Registration team to perform routine tasks
• Analyze buyers' requests to create pricing spreadsheets for service agreements
• Add material and service codes to supply agreements as requested by buyers
• Monitor the use of service agreements on the designated platform
• Improve pricing methods for service agreements
• Perform critical analysis of price changes in existing agreements and issued purchase orders
• Manage various reports related to supply agreements
• Use Coupa, Klassmatt, SAP, Google Data Studio, Excel and Google Sheets
• Analyze, create and maintain supply and service agreements, ensuring proper configuration of codes, prices and contractual terms in corporate systems
• Prepare management reports to support decision-making
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing models and the efficiency of contracting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• Experience or knowledge in Procurement
• Experience handling and updating data and reports
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with Looker is a plus
• Experience in process automation and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus
• Knowledge of Coupa, Klassmatt and SAP is a plus
