Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a procurement support specialist to handle quotations for low‑complexity purchasing, issue and update POs in ERP, and assist with supplier onboarding and record maintenance.

The role requires a degree in a related field, strong negotiation skills, and experience in service procurement. Strong organization and team attitude are essential, with proficiency in Excel and SAP/Coupa being a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or Economics or related field.
• Knowledge of administrative routines and negotiation is required.
• Experience in service procurement is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct quotations for low-complexity purchasing processes with suppliers and compare terms.
• Issue/update purchase orders in the ERP and e-Procurement systems per requisitions.
• Support supplier qualification and onboarding and registration of new suppliers.
• Maintain and update purchase records, contracts and documentation.
• Manage portfolio/pipeline of purchasing processes.
• Monitor deliveries and update reports.
• Support cost analysis and identify opportunities for expense reduction.
• Contribute to initiatives to meet targets in the management system.
• Adhere to compliance policies and internal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quotations for low‑complexity purchasing processes with suppliers, comparing commercial terms (price, lead time, freight, taxes)
• Issue/update purchase orders in the ERP and e‑Procurement systems according to approved requisitions
• Support the supplier qualification and onboarding process and registration of new suppliers
• Maintain and update purchase records, contracts and organized documentation
• Manage the portfolio/pipeline of purchasing processes
• Monitor deliveries and update reports
• Support cost analysis and identify opportunities for expense reduction
• Contribute to initiatives to achieve targets established and reflected in the company’s management system
• Operate in accordance with compliance policies and internal procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related fields
• Good understanding of administrative routines and negotiation
• Prior experience in service procurement
• Organization, proactivity, dynamism and a sense of urgency, as well as a results‑oriented mindset, are essential
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP and Coupa is a plus
