Theogames, a Latin American-focused agency, is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to manage daily tasks, coordinate teams, and build strong media relationships across Brazil and Latin America. Strong English skills and autonomy for a home-office setup are essential.

You will monitor results, prepare reports by region, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure aligned campaigns and smooth operations for our clients worldwide.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate your team in their daily tasks to achieve account objectives (locating content, tracking media or creators, distributing keys and other materials).
• Search for complex solutions or find the ideal approach for each client or campaign.
• Align efforts with teams from another region to synchronize agency work in Brazil and Latin America.
• Develop close relationships with media and creators, ensuring their needs are met.
• Monitor and report detailed coverage of all results for each client by region.
• Oversee creation of reports and summaries according to metrics/data requested by customers.
• Develop familiarity with monitoring tools and periodically improve processes to detect potential problems.

Job Description:

• Project coordination
• Coordinate your team in their work on the daily tasks necessary to achieve account objectives (locating content, tracking media or creators, distributing keys and other materials);
• Search for complex solutions or find the ideal approach for each client or campaign;
• Align efforts with teams from another region to maintain synchronization between the agency's work in Brazil and Latin America;
• Media and Creator Relationship
• Develop close relationships with media and creators, with empathy, respect and friendship, ensuring their needs are met;
• Identify profiles among the media to develop personalized approaches when needed by the client;
• Monitoring and Reporting
• Coordinate detailed coverage of all results of our actions for each client by region
• Oversee the creation of reports and summaries according to metrics and data requested by customers
• Develop familiarity with all advanced options of the most used monitoring tools and periodically check for ways to improve and/or detect possible problems that may affect results measurement

Requirements:

• Creativity in developing content ideas;
• Good organizational skills;
• Autonomy and discipline for a home office format;

• Experience in the communications market or currently studying a related subject;
• Advanced English (speaking and writing).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Notion, Slack, Mailchimp, and Microsoft Office;
• Familiarity with the entertainment and pop culture market.

About our work model:

• It's a 100% remote position, under a contractor model, in which you would send us monthly invoices in your country's currency (Ex. Argentina Peso) and paid directly to your local bank account.
• 15 days of paid time off per calendar year, to use in any order you prefer.
• By the end of the year, the agency takes a "recess period" of around 5 days for Christmas + New Year's eve; Local holidays are also respected as paid time off. Of course, sometimes this depends on a case by case basis, since working with global brands may require acting according to their schedule, but it's something we always try to balance and compensate for, so even if something critical needs to be taken care of, you will be able to take the corresponding day off at another moment.
• Annual bonus of up to 100% (100% when completing a full calendar year of work and adjusted accordingly for newer arrivals) equivalent to 1 month’s full payment, paid at the end of the year (December), when renewing contract.
