New Business Analyst Pl (Critical Leap) – Nuuvem
Nuuvem, a leading digital game distribution company in Latin America, is looking for a Business Development Analyst to help identify new opportunities and revenue streams for both Nuuvem and its studio, Critical Leap. The role focuses on prospecting partners, qualifying leads, and securing new deals for publishing and distribution.
🚩 This position is remote. A broadband internet connection and a personal computer are required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in commercial and B2B negotiation roles, preferably within tech, gaming, or entertainment.
- Solid knowledge of key players in the gaming market and independent execution of deliverables with strong time‑management and prioritization.
- Experience with CRM tools to manage leads and commercial data.
- Basic data‑analysis skills and understanding of commercial KPIs.
- Fluent English for daily communication with international partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to create institutional presentations/pitches using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Digital Games, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Nice to Have
- Postgraduate studies in commercial or negotiation.
- Prior experience in gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
- Experience with international contracts and redlining.
- Participation in industry events or trade shows.
- Familiarity with onboarding workflows and partner operations.
- Intermediate Spanish.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Understanding of pricing and monetization in the gaming market.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or VBA.

Main Responsibilities
- Prospect and approach new medium‑to‑high‑impact partners for both Publishing and Distribution, focusing on Critical Leap’s games and opportunities.
- Build proposals and negotiate commercial terms, supporting the contract process, resolving legal or cross‑functional concerns, and closing agreements.
- Collect and maintain leads using the CRM system and keep internal records accurate.
- Update prospecting and sales reports, using data from the Data teams to generate business intelligence and improve strategies.
- Develop strategic pitch narratives to maximize success rates in meetings and negotiations; prepare decks and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for closed partnerships, collaborating with the Critical Leap team.
- Identify and report market opportunities aligned with Nuuvem’s core business areas.
- Participate in evaluating pitches and content for potential inclusion in Critical Leap’s publishing pipeline.
- Provide monthly updates on goals and coordinate business meetings and checkpoints with new partners.
- Support Critical Leap’s participation in industry events (e.g., Gamescom LATAM, BGS).
Contract & Salary
This position follows the CLT regime with an approximate salary range of R$ 4 395,00 to R$ 5 320,00.
