SLB is seeking a Project Specialist to support execution of subsea equipment and services projects, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, field operations, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes adherence to specifications, quality, HSE, and project schedules, with collaboration across functions to manage plans, risks, and costs throughout the project lifecycle in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or related field.
• Experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or supply chain within Oil & Gas.
• Experience supporting offshore, subsea, or production equipment projects preferred.
• Understanding of project management principles, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural, customer-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of subsea equipment and service projects from order intake through final delivery and project closeout.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budgets to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Field Service teams.
• Track project progress, identify risks and mitigation actions, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Assist in managing project documentation, technical submittals, change orders, customer communications, and contractual deliverables.
• Support preparation and maintenance of project plans, status reports, KPI dashboards, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company policies, industry standards, and customer specifications.
• Participate in project review meetings with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate equipment readiness, testing activities, FAT/SIT planning, logistics, and offshore mobilization requirements.
• Support risk management processes, lessons learned initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to monitor material availability and delivery performance.
• Assist Project Managers in managing project costs, invoicing milestones, and commercial performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related.
• Previous experience in project coordination, project management, operations, engineering, or supply chain within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience supporting offshore, subsea, or production equipment projects is highly preferred.
• Understanding of project management principles, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural, and customer-focused environment.
