Thales Group in São Bernardo do Campo is seeking a Project Shipping Analyst to manage item delivery and all transport flows for our client-focused projects. You will work with Project Managers, Logistics, Procurement, and Operations to ensure on-time shipments and compliant documentation.

The role emphasizes cost optimization, dashboard KPIs, and support to Project Managers in logistics and handling topics, including packaging, cranes, and transport equipment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production Engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel and Office Suite proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of MS Project.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and export processes for Brazilian customs.

From early warning, to threat neutralisation, our platforms cover all levels from very short-range systems, to extended protection across the entire battle-space including Airspace Mobility Solutions, Vehicles and Tactical Systems and Missile Defence, Optronics, and Radar.**Project Shipping Analyst**This position is **hybrid** model in our **São Bernardo do Campo** unit.**Position Summary**Reporting directly to the Head of PMO, and dotted line to Supply Chain Manager, the Project Shipping Analyst’s main mission, as part of project team leading by Project Manager, is to manage the delivery of items to the designated client, as well as all transport flows according to project needs, working in cooperation with Project Managers, Logistics, Procurement, Industry and the Operations Department. As well as to contribute to the operational activities of the Project Management Office (PMO).Project Shipping Analyst identifies transportation needs in terms of characteristics and modes, packaging, handling, and documents necessary to accompany the shipment (contractual documents, export control documents, and others), plans and controls the preparation and execution of shipments, and ensures the necessary follow-up (track & trace).Project Shipping Analyst optimizes transportation costs and manages the resources allocated to this activity.
