Thales Group in São Paulo is seeking a Solution Customer Service Intern to support order management within the MCS Solutions & Services team. The internship offers hands-on experience coordinating with Sales, Project Management and Finance and exposure to ERP data entry and customer interaction.

Under supervision, you will check Purchase Orders, assist in tracking orders through invoicing, and help prepare project kick-off materials.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate student in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in checking customer Purchase Orders and data entry into ERP systems.
• Support order tracking until invoicing, under supervision.
• Help prepare documentation for project kick-off meetings.
• Support communication and follow-up between Sales, Project Managers, and Finance teams.
• Assist in maintaining updated records in internal systems.
