HCLTech is a global technology company delivering digital, engineering, cloud and AI capabilities across 60 countries, serving clients in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology and more.

We seek Program Managers in Brazil to oversee schedules, budgets and releases, coordinate stakeholders across ATB, ATA and Allianz OE clients, ensure high forecast accuracy and reporting quality, and drive successful change implementations using MS Project, PWA and JIRA.

Qualificações

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification mandatory for PM roles.
• Microsoft Project / PWA for schedule management; JIRA for Agile tracking.
• Financial forecasting and budget management with forecast accuracy within ±10%.
• Reports delivered on schedule with data quality in PWA ≥ 98%.
• Change and release management: 100% of change records pre-release.
• Stakeholder management across ATB, ATA, and Allianz OE clients.
• Insurance and financial services delivery experience is highly preferred.

Requirements
