You will oversee a portfolio of fixed-scope projects, aligning scope, schedule, budget, and business value while serving as the main liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

The role requires PMP certification, extensive experience managing multiple concurrent projects, and strong knowledge of cloud, AI, and enterprise architecture.

• Information security applied to projects.
• LGPD and Data Governance (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology, digital transformation, and AI projects from kick-off to closure.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business value delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Manage contracts, deliverables, formal acceptance, and ongoing client relationships.
• Develop and track project plans, schedules, roadmaps, metrics, and executive reports.
• Manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and corresponding mitigation plans.
• Lead executive meetings, monitoring committees, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure governance using agile, hybrid, and predictive methodologies.
• Support the definition of technical solutions together with specialists.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to optimize processes.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs, SLAs, OKRs, and project success metrics).
