Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead medium-complexity IT and cloud projects in Fortaleza, Brazil. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality while coordinating with customers and stakeholders.

You will establish objectives, balance competing demands, ensure timely delivery, document lessons learned, and report progress to clients. A PM certification path (CAPM, PMP, PSM I, or CSM) and a relevant degree are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• MBA in Project Management or Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, PSM I, or CSM).
• Experience as a Project Manager for medium-complexity projects.
• Experience implementing cloud services projects or deploying IT infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks.
• Gather customer and stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Establish clear and achievable objectives.
• Balance conflicting demands of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks.
• Ensure the project is executed within the defined timeline, scope, and budget to meet project requirements.
• Ensure project risks are identified and addressed.
• Ensure the project team receives the information necessary to perform their work.
• Ensure all project financial data is recorded.
• Ensure teams are working in alignment.
• Maintain motivation of project team members.
• Monitor project team progress against assigned tasks.
• Ensure project client satisfaction.
• Ensure lessons learned and project records are documented and shared with the company's team.
• Report planned vs. actual at each project completion.
• Perform other related duties.
