eTeam is seeking a skilled Project Manager to support a major enterprise HR technology transformation. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience and hands-on work with Workday and payroll implementations.

Responsibilities include creating detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and budgets, and guiding data migration, testing, and change management across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Led or managed Workday implementations.
• Managed Payroll system implementations or transformations.
• Experience with HRIS modules (Workday Payroll, HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Recruiting, etc.)
• Experience in multiple HRIS deployments, upgrades, enhancements, or migrations.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional enterprise projects.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource plans
• Coordinate multiple project workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Lead project governance meetings, steering committees, status reviews, and executive reporting
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID)
• Coordinate testing, data migration, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live activities
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, IT, and external implementation partners
• Manage vendors, consultants, internal resources, and project deliverables
• Support change management, business readiness, training, and user adoption

We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to support a new enterprise HR technology transformation project. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience along with hands-on experience supporting Workday and/or Payroll implementations.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates with experience who have:

• Led or managed Workday implementations
• Managed Payroll system implementations or transformations
• Worked with Workday Payroll, HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Recruiting, or similar HR technology modules
• Participated in multiple HRIS deployments, upgrades, enhancements, or system migrations
• Managed large, complex, cross-functional projects in enterprise environments

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is highly relevant:

PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus.
