ADP is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead enterprise-wide programs in a distributed development model. You will partner with Global Product Teams, Corporate Functions, and stakeholders to set governance, drive execution, and ensure successful adoption.

The role requires strong portfolio management, Agile knowledge, and exceptional leadership and communication to navigate global environments and deliver measurable impact.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of technical Program / Project management experience with Infrastructure teams.
• Experience with at least one Agile Lifecycle Management tool (Rally, JIRA) and software development lifecycle in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all management levels.
• Experience building executive dashboards and reports (Power BI or SharePoint).

Role Objective

The primary focus of this role is to lead and drive global, enterprise-wide programs across the International Product portfolio. The ideal candidate brings strong portfolio and program management expertise, a solid understanding of Agile software development and technology environments, and exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Responsibilities

Key Duties/Tasks

• Drive Program management with strong governance defined across various Project work streams
• Build Program / Project plan with close tracking of task execution
• Coach, guide and support the teams on deployment & change management
• Ensure risk & issues are tracked and followed up until closure
• Timely & proactive communication to all key stakeholders on multiple diverse/technical Programs
• Manage multiple work streams or diverse Projects to meet or exceed key business objectives
• Focus on continuous improvement and build best practices to bring consistency for SRE’s activities
• Assess new strategic Program request and coordinate execution working closely with relevant teams
• Build documentation ad centralize the information for relevant Program
• Monitor and report Program status to key stakeholders & Sr. Leadership.
• Built automation and dashboard utilizing PowerBI or other tools
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience:
• 5+ years of technical Program / Project management experience working with Infrastructure teams
• Proficiency with at least one Agile Lifecycle Management tool (e.g. Rally, JIRA) & experience with Software development project lifecycle in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of software languages, hardware platforms and their uses.
• Service Now / Solve IT technology deployment experience besides the use of archer (security finding)
• Complex power BI Dashboard building experience
• Data Centre to Cloud transition experience (Example - AWS or Azure)
• Building dashboard for executive reporting using Power BI or Sharepoint
• Security, Resilience and Compliance Technical Program coordination experienceSuccessful experience working with geographically diverse teams and international exposure
• Strong change management experience to transform way of working across teams.
• Proven record of delivering large projects on time and within budget.
• Work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment.
• Working across various cultures and approach in an international environment
• Human Capital Management (HCM) technology experience is a plus.
• Skills:
• Knowledge and/or experience of working with Product Development and Infrastructure teams
• Excellent verbal /written communication and presentation skills with technical teams (to accomplish project goals) and at with all levels of management / leadership
• Skilled in building relationships and navigating through organizations.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor technical teams
• Self-starter, highly motivated and energetic individual
• Able to propagate information promptly, clearly, and unambiguously
• Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and external.
• Ability to work on highly complex assignments with minimal instructions.
• Ability to influence in a matrix organization and drive effective change management
• Must be a strong collaborator, team player as well as an individual contributor.
• Able to strategically manage several concurrent projects & ability to effectively shifting priorities
• Must possess extensive knowledge in the use of project management methodologies and tools; resource management practices and change management techniques.

• Must possess a can‑do, winning attitude, the highest level of integrity, and the ability to inspire confidence with an open, trustworthy, and engaging style.
• Must possess an ability to build Shp solution or Power BI dashboard
• Education:
• University degree or equivalent in education and experience
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required & Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) is a plus
