XINGHAN BUILDER PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Engineer to organize, plan, and monitor engineering projects on-site in Brazil's Região Norte. You will assign tasks across groups, meet with clients to interpret needs, and report on budgets, schedules, and progress.

The role requires ensuring compliance with standards, implementing corrective actions, and defining equipment specifications. You will develop data collection and field testing processes to guarantee project quality.

• Organizing, planning, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects are primary project engineer job duties.
• Assigning responsibilities to employee groups based on their skills and monitoring their progress.
• Meeting with and interpreting clients’ needs and requirements on the ground and representing their interests.
• Performing quality control measures on budgets, plans, and schedules, including reporting on the status of the project.
• Implementing the necessary corrective actions after reviewing the engineering tasks.
• Establishing the specifications for the equipment needed for the project.
• Developing a framework for collecting and evaluating data about the project.
• A process for establishing field tests as well as a way to monitor their quality.
• Ensure compliance with codes, policies, practices, specifications, performance standards, and other aspects of the project.
