Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee SAP projects and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget in Curitiba. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, and drive stakeholder satisfaction across the project lifecycle.

Proficiency in PMBOK and Scrum, plus strong communication in English and/or Spanish, are highly valued. The role emphasizes knowledge transfer to support and maintenance and ongoing process standardization.

Qualificações

• Experience leading SAP projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK and Scrum).
• English and/or Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and ensure project scope, cost, quality, timelines, risks, communications, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Define, develop, monitor, and communicate project performance indicators
• Manage, direct, and monitor risks/issues and their mitigation/resolution
• Engage, manage, and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure knowledge transfer to the Support and Maintenance team
• Prepare budgets, RFPs, proposal evaluations, and technical/management recommendations
• Ensure the standardization of project management practices
• Evaluate and support project prioritization
• Guide the technical team in project execution
• Lead pre-project and post-project processes
• Prepare materials and lead milestone meetings
• Propose and make decisions regarding project definitions and problem resolution
• Ensure quality control in accordance with the company’s needs
• Discuss deliverables from a technical perspective to ensure understanding and quality
• Monitor, support, and provide technical assistance to project analysts and junior project managers
