Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks a senior analytics professional to monitor fleet performance and support negotiations across aircraft and engine portfolios. You will build dashboards, models, and reports to guide strategic decisions while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external financiers.

The role requires advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP S/4HANA, and strong financial analysis skills, with English fluency and aviation or procurement experience.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field.
Advanced/fluent English for conducting executive meetings
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of Power BI
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and other procurement tools
Knowledge of investment project modeling and economic evaluation
Strong knowledge of revenue, costs, expenses, profit margins, and cash flow
Ability to interpret financial statements
Budget control, business cases, and investment evaluation
Experience in the activities described above
Spanish language skills are a plus
Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile), Lean, or specialized aviation contracts is a plus
Expertise in understanding and structuring contracts related to fleet negotiations is a plus

Responsabilidades

Monitor the performance and utilization of the aircraft and engine fleet and leasing portfolio
Develop dashboards, KPIs, financial, operational, and risk models, presentations, and performance reports
Measure the effectiveness of negotiations and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvements
Support operating and finance lease negotiations, financing, Sale and Leaseback, and other transactions
Analyze commercial proposals, lease structures, contractual clauses, and maintenance and service agreements
Assess the operational, financial, and economic impacts of technical requirements and contracts
Prepare market analyses, benchmarking, scenarios, forecasts, negotiation positions, and recommendations
Support sourcing activities, RFPs, RFQs, LOIs, MOUs, and market soundings
Monitor compliance, obligations, KPIs, claims, disputes, risks, and contract performance
Develop market intelligence and databases for fleet, aircraft, and engine transactions
Support internal stakeholders, lessors, financiers, and banks throughout negotiations and contract execution
Prepare executive presentations and roadshow materials, translating data into messages for executives
Promote continuous improvement, internal consulting, and data-driven decision-making
Develop and lead the function’s analytical capabilities, guiding teams in modeling, benchmarking, and data analysis
Ensure the accuracy, traceability, and integrity of analytical results and models
