Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an experienced E-commerce Project Manager to lead planning, tracking, and execution across cross-functional teams. You will define KPIs, manage dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced online sales environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce project management, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce project management.
• Experience in dynamic e-commerce environments and knowledge of the online sales project lifecycle.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
• Experience developing KPIs and executive presentations.
• Process mapping and improvement skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Strong communication skills, prioritization, and proactivity.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, monitor, and control e-commerce project schedules.
• Organize and lead alignment meetings, recording minutes, action items, and action plans.
• Monitor activity execution with the responsible teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Identify risks, deviations, and bottlenecks, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and update schedules, dashboards, and management reports on project progress.
• Track scope, deadlines, and priorities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support results analysis.
• Ensure communication among clients, business teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support the definition of project processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Assist in prioritizing demands according to the company's strategic objectives.
• Ensure project documentation is organized and up to date.
• Present status reports.
