Vertiv seeks a technical program coordinator to drive early engagement with strategic data center customers, translating project schedules into detailed technical activities and leading teams across hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure.

Role includes reviewing deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance, and mentoring junior members. Strong English communication is essential; Portuguese is a plus, in a fast-paced mission-critical environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical and mechatronic engineering preferred.
• Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related technical field is desirable.
• Strong experience in technical coordination within mission-critical environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the project schedule into detailed technical activities, defining priorities, dependencies, and technical milestones for execution.
• Lead and coordinate teams of specialists across hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers, including root cause analysis, escalation, and coordination with vendors as needed.
• Review and validate technical deliverables, such as documentation, test plans, operational procedures, and commissioning activities, before release.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, project requirements, and mission-critical best practices.
• Communicate technical status, risks, and mitigation actions to project stakeholders, operations teams, and leadership.
• Support knowledge transfer and mentor junior team members when applicable.

Qualifications

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor´s degree in, electrical, electronic, mechanical and mechatronic engineering, preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Strong experience in technical coordination within mission-critical environments such as data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Proven ability to translate schedules into technical execution plans and manage multiple dependencies.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build diverse relationships internally and externally.
• Data Center certifications are desired
• Analytical skills to understand the impact of market and competitive changes as they affect a product portfolio.
