MISC Group is seeking an offshore maintenance technician to support the process plant operations in Brazil. You will perform rounds, execute preventive maintenance, and ensure safe handovers following SOPs and CMMS work orders.

Ideal candidates have offshore oil and gas experience, relevant certifications, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. The role emphasizes safety, procedures, and collaboration with maintenance and third-party teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular rounds across the process plant to monitor system and equipment performance, ensuring stable operation and reporting any abnormal conditions.
• Execute periodical verification and predictive/preventive maintenance of topside systems and equipment according to SOPs, permits, and supervisor’s instructions.
• Execute first-line maintenance on process systems and equipment in accordance with CMMS work orders, daily checks, and supervisor’s instructions.
• Conduct line-walk inspections to verify proper isolations before issuing or releasing Permit to Work (PTW).
• Prepare systems and equipment (e.g., drain, depressurize, clean, purge) prior to handover to maintenance teams.
• Support process start-up and shutdown procedures according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements.
• Perform assigned activities, support third-party representatives, oversee jobs, or assist in emergency responses, following instructions from the direct line of report or the Incident On-Scene Commander, in compliance with relevant qualifications, training, competencies, and SOP requirements.
