MISC Group in Brazil is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner for FPSOs and offshore rigs. You will plan and coordinate onboard maintenance activities, manage lookahead schedules (7, 30, 90 days) and ensure safe, compliant execution of work while supporting operational continuity.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years in FPSOs or offshore rigs, knowledge of maintenance planning processes and English at an advanced level.

Plan and coordinate onboard maintenance activities to ensure efficient resource allocation, compliance with the maintenance plan, and safe execution of work while supporting operational continuity and avoiding conflicting activities (SIMOPS).
Plan upcoming maintenance activities using predefined lookahead schedules (7, 30, and 90 days) to ensure adequate resource allocation and prevent prohibited SIMOPS.
Support the Maintenance Superintendent by identifying requirements for outsourced materials and specialized service providers to meet maintenance plan objectives.
Prepare comprehensive work packs for major maintenance activities and planned shutdowns.
Coordinate and monitor third-party contractors performing maintenance activities onboard.
Support the execution of planned maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with company procedures and operational requirements.
Assist in emergency response activities, including supervising tasks and coordinating with third-party representatives when required.
Perform all activities in accordance with company procedures, SOPs, and safety requirements.
