Zusammenfassung

Right Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor for a global MNC in the Medical device and Automotive sectors. The role involves implementing production plans, ensuring quality, and guiding a team through night shifts (7pm–7am) on a 12-hour pattern.

You will monitor processes, perform mold setup, maintain 5S and safety, manage packaging, and drive continuous improvements while collaborating with other departments to meet deadlines and optimize output.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering diploma or NTC2 in a related field.
• Experience in Medical/Manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Basic injection moulding knowledge.
• Good leadership and self-motivation.

Aufgaben

• Implement production work orders and plans to meet operational requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure products consistently meet customer quality specifications through monitoring and control.
• Monitor production processes and report deviations or changes promptly to management.
• Perform machine and mold setup following established procedures and molding data sheets.
• Maintain 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards to promote a safe and organized work environment.
• Control scrap levels and optimize production efficiency to achieve target outputs.
• Ensure timely closure of work orders to maintain production flow and reporting accuracy.
• Supervise packing and packaging activities to meet quality and delivery standards.
• Support troubleshooting efforts for quality, production, and tooling issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance skills and operational performance.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or NTC2 in any Engineering-related discipline, possess good leadership, self-motivated, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic Injection moulding knowledge
• 2-3 years’ experience/knowledge in Medical, Manufacturing or similar industry.
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, is added advantage
• Basic computer knowledge i.e. MS -Excel skill is needed
