Job summary

BREAD FRESH SIGNATURES PTE. LTD.

seeks a bakery production supervisor to oversee dough and baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency according to specifications and recipes, and to plan and manage production lines. You will assist on product design, ensure proper rotation, labeling and dating of food, requisition inventory according to menus and planned production for the North region, and supervise staff to maintain sanitation, safety, and clean working areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery production is preferred.
• Ability to supervise production staff and ensure safety, sanitation and housekeeping.

• Assist on products in Research and Design.
