Job summary

Orion S.A. in São Paulo is seeking a proactive professional to lead production planning and inventory management. You will analyze sales forecasts and customer demand to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability, aligning schedules with business objectives.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Sales to synchronize plans, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to ISO and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, logistics, or a related field.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
• Experience in production planning, production control, or supply chain planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels in line with targets and business requirements.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time.
• Develop and communicate KPIs and operational reports.
• Evaluate or decline requests for additional demand based on capacity, inventory, and priorities.
• Identify and resolve shortages, excess stock, and imbalances.
• Extract and analyze data from SAP and Anaplan.
• Monitor inventories of raw materials, packaging, and production inputs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales to align plans with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with Global Code of Conduct, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels in line with established targets and business requirements.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time.
• Develop, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational reports.
• Evaluate and approve or decline requests for additional customer demand volumes based on capacity, inventory availability, and business priorities.
• Identify and resolve inventory shortages, excess stock, and supply-demand imbalances.
• Extract, analyze, and maintain data and reports from SAP and Anaplan.
• Monitor and control inventories of raw materials, packaging materials, and production inputs.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales teams to align production plans with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with the Global Code of Conduct, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and internal policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in Production Planning, Production Control, or Supply Chain Planning.
