• Proven ability to support testing, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize SAP IBP Supply Planning capabilities within a global supply chain organization. This individual will serve as the primary functional and technical analyst for Supply Planning, partnering with Product Managers, Global Process Owners, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver planning solutions that improve inventory positioning, supply balancing, network planning, and service levels across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will combine deep SAP IBP Supply Planning expertise with strong business analysis, solution design, integration, and process improvement skills. This role will support current-state planning operations while helping define future-state capabilities across SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, BPC, and related supply chain planning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional and technical analyst for SAP IBP Supply Planning, supporting supply balancing, inventory optimization, network planning, constrained planning, and end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
• Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and prioritize enhancements aligned to business and supply chain objectives.
• Analyze and document current-state processes, system architecture, integrations, data flows, planning models, and future-state capabilities across SAP planning platforms.
• Evaluate planning effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend solutions that improve inventory performance, supply reliability, service levels, and operational efficiency.
• Support solution delivery through design validation, testing, user acceptance, deployments, and post-go-live support activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues, planning exceptions, master data concerns, and integration failures while driving continuous improvement and operational stability.
• Act as a domain steward for Supply Planning capabilities, supporting roadmap planning, architecture decisions, governance processes, and supply chain transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role supporting SAP planning solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP IBP Supply Planning, including supply balancing, inventory planning concepts, constrained planning, network planning, allocations, and planning operators.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, replenishment, and end-to-end supply planning processes within SAP environments.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, documenting business processes, and translating business needs into scalable solution designs.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA integrations and enterprise planning ecosystems, including master data, transactional data, and upstream/downstream system dependencies.
• Proven ability to support testing, release management, production support, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
