Singapore Food Delight Manufacturer Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Production Executive to join our team in a high-responsibility role reporting directly to the Full Production Manager.

The ideal candidate will bring strong production experience, extensive knowledge of food safety standards, and proven leadership to manage day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement across shifts and teams from diverse backgrounds.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Production Executive to join our team. This role is a senior-level position with greater responsibilities than the current Production Executive role, requiring strong leadership, independence and the ability to drive operational improvements. This role will report to the Full Production Manager directly.

Key Requirements

• Strong Production Experience: Candidates should have a solid background in food production, production planning and experience in managing day-to-day production operations.

• Food Safety Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in food safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements will be an added advantage. Food safety is our top priority.

• Independent and Decisive: Able to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, make sound decisions and act promptly when issues arise.

• Strong Leadership and Team Management: Able to lead and manage a diverse team comprising employees from different countries and backgrounds.

• Firm and Resilient: Able to handle challenges, manage difficult situations and remain firm and professional when making decisions.

• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Able to think independently, identify root causes and proactively propose practical and effective solutions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Operations Management or a related field.

• Relevant experience in food production or manufacturing

• Food Safety qualification or knowledge (e.g. HACCP, GMP) will be an advantage
