PKC Group Brazil seeks an experienced Production Leader to own performance, safety, quality, delivery, and productivity, guiding a production team to meet plan and customer needs.

The role emphasizes Lean, TPM, 5S, problem-solving and KPI monitoring, coaching supervisors and operators to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment, with fluency in English and Portuguese.

Qualificações

• Degree or higher technical education in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Min 3 years leading production in the automotive sector; wire harness experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to deliver production plans while achieving quality, productivity and delivery targets.
• Strong leadership to build high-performing, engaged teams and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and make timely decisions.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with KPI experience.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and production planning processes.
• Team player in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (Brazilian).

• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance and drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Your profile.

• Degree or higher technical education in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related technical field.
• Proven experience leading production operations in the automotive industry (min. 3 years); wire harness manufacturing experience is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver production plans while achieving quality, productivity and delivery targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing, engaged teams and create a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, make timely decisions and implement effective solutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with experience managing KPIs and driving operational performance.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and production planning processes
