Baker Hughes in Curitiba, Brazil, is seeking a Production Controller to coordinate material flow, production schedules and drive operational excellence. You will plan and schedule material and production needs, lead production meetings and manage materials to support on-time delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strategic thinking, strong presenting and communication skills, and knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials according to production schedules.
  • Create and maintain detailed production plans for test and assembly areas.
  • Liaise with Sourcing to secure deliveries and minimize delays.
  • Coordinate warehouse and staging activities to ensure materials availability.
  • Support production by coordinating work order releases and commitment dates.
  • Report progress to Master Scheduler and Plant Management.
  • Generate KPIs to monitor production orders and plan adherence.

As a Production Controller, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials from suppliers and across departments according to production schedules. You will plan and schedule material and production needs, lead production meetings, and drive the correct materials management processes.

As a Production Controller, you will be responsible for:
  • Creating and maintaining detailed production plans for the test and assembly areas, defining production sequencing to optimize resources and ensure schedule adherence.
  • Liaising with Sourcing teams to secure the delivery of shortages and minimize schedule delays.
  • Coordinating warehouse and staging activities to ensure the availability of components and materials required for production.
  • Supporting production by coordinating work order releases, move orders, and maintaining commitment dates.
  • Maintaining Cyberplan commitment dates.
  • Reporting and monitoring progress to the Master Scheduler, Plant Management, and Project Execution teams.
  • Generating and maintaining KPIs to monitor Production Orders and production plan adherence.
