Baker Hughes in Brazil is seeking a sourcing professional to place and track purchase orders, manage supplier relationships and keep ERP data accurate. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely PO execution and communicate status to internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes identifying process improvements, strong communication, and independent work habits. You will contribute to projects with 1-3 month horizons and see results quickly as you help optimize procurement

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Fluent English required; strong communication skills.
• Experience in data gathering and analysis is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Place and follow-up on purchase orders and manage supplier relationships for PO execution.
• Identify flaws in approaches or processes and propose improvements.
• Communicate with colleagues and business units to gather data and perform analysis.
• Contribute as a team member with goals typically within 1–3 months.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Place and follow-up on POs. Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage problems and schedule changes. Update ERP.
• Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
• Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
• Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Sourcing activities).
• English – Fluent
