Baker Hughes is seeking a Production Controller in Curitiba to coordinate materials flow, plan production needs, and drive scheduling excellence. You will lead production meetings, optimize resource use, and liaise with Sourcing to prevent shortages.

Responsibilities include maintaining production plans, coordinating releases and move orders, and reporting KPIs to leadership. The role requires strong organization, planning, and communication skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualificações

• Experience in manufacturing or fast-paced industrial planning/production control.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Oracle, Cyberplan and Gensuite.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain detailed production plans for test and assembly areas, defining sequencing to optimize resources and ensure schedules.
• Liaise with Sourcing to secure deliveries for shortages and minimize delays.
• Coordinate warehouse and staging activities to ensure availability of components and materials.
• Support production by coordinating work order releases, move orders, and maintaining commitment dates.
• Maintain Cyberplan commitment dates.
• Report progress to Master Scheduler, Plant Management, and Project Execution teams.
• Generate and maintain KPIs to monitor Production Orders and plan adherence.

As a Production Controller, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials from suppliers and across departments according to production schedules. You will plan and schedule material and production needs, lead production meetings, and drive the correct materials management processes.

As a Production Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining detailed production plans for the test and assembly areas, defining production sequencing to optimize resources and ensure schedule adherence.
• Liaising with Sourcing teams to secure the delivery of shortages and minimize schedule delays.
• Coordinating warehouse and staging activities to ensure the availability of components and materials required for production.
• Supporting production by coordinating work order releases, move orders, and maintaining commitment dates.
• Maintaining Cyberplan commitment dates.
• Reporting and monitoring progress to the Master Scheduler, Plant Management, and Project Execution teams.
• Generating and maintaining KPIs to monitor Production Orders and production plan adherence.
