Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on resolving process and production issues, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring readiness for new product introductions.

Collaboration with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain is essential, with emphasis on ERP/MRP/MES familiarity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within semiconductor, electronics, precision engineering, automation, or equipment manufacturing industries.
• Experience in production support, process improvement, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of semiconductor assembly, precision assembly, automation, or equipment manufacturing processes is an added advantage.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations, resolving process, product, and production issues to minimize downtime and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze manufacturing processes, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve quality, yield, and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, cycle time reduction, cost reduction, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S practices.
• Support engineering change implementation, new product introduction (NPI), product transfer activities, and manufacturing readiness efforts.
• Develop, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flows, and technical reports.
• Monitor manufacturing performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to achieve manufacturing and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, workplace safety requirements, and internal procedures.
