Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a product development professional to assist in formulating new products and ensuring safety standards compliance. You will liaise with the sales team to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements, coordinating with laboratories to craft proposals and specifications.
Responsibilities include preparing data sheets, supporting product launches, and coordinating with suppliers for samples and testing to meet Brazilian market rules.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of the product development process.
- Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and AI proficiency.
Responsabilidades
- Assist in product development and formulation within Consumer Goods.
- Liaise with commercial team to capture needs and perform data analysis.
- Coordinate with labs and departments to formulate technical specs and safety characteristics.
- Request samples from suppliers, perform testing, and prepare technical data sheets and manuals.
- Prepare technical data sheets for new product launches.

- Assist in product development within the Consumer Goods segment
- Act as liaison with the commercial/sales team to understand needs and collect data; perform technical analysis and implement product solutions; assist in coordinating with other departments to formulate product proposals and technical characteristics (safety standards)
- Execute technical development and formulation of new products or modifications to existing ones, complying with current legislation and departmental procedures, working together with laboratories subcontracted by the company
- Request samples from Chinese suppliers for products that meet Brazilian market requirements; perform testing, register items, prepare technical data sheets with product specifications, review packaging, technical labels, manuals, and create presentations/training materials for the sales team, as well as briefings for marketing
- Prepare technical data sheets for new product launches
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of the product development process
- Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, AI
Demonstrates expertise in product development within the Consumer Goods segment, with a strong focus on technical analysis, compliance with safety standards, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
