Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a Lead Sourcing Specialist for the Children's category to drive supplier relationships and cost efficiency.

You will negotiate with domestic and international suppliers, seek alternative sources, and collaborate with Product and other teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
Experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, Product or roles with strong supplier interface.
Experience in retail, fashion, consumer goods or related segments.
Strong communication and influence skills, with a problem-solving orientation.
Solid negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus.
Intermediate English; Spanish is a plus.
Willingness to work in a hybrid São Paulo (Butantã) model with on-site presence 3-4 days/week.

Responsabilidades

Lead Sourcing for the Children's category and manage supplier relationships.
Develop and strengthen relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
Identify alternative sources of supply and opportunities for cost reduction.
Support commercial negotiations and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
Address conflicts and bottlenecks to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Act as main link between Sourcing, Product and other areas to ensure smooth processes.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and agility.

Requirements

Experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, Product or roles with strong supplier interface;
Experience in retail, fashion, consumer goods or related segments;
Commercial profile, strong communication and influence skills, and a problem-solving orientation;
Negotiation skills and stakeholder management capacity;
Intermediate to advanced Excel;
Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus;
Intermediate English;
Spanish is a plus;
Familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus;
Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo (Butantã area), with on-site presence 3 to 4 days per week.
